SHA Marfanoide

 

 

Síndrome de Marfán

 

Paciente, con madre y hermano (sanos)

 

 

 

Marfanoid JHS

 

·     Persona alta, delgada, algo jibada.

·     Aracnodactilia y pies grandes.

·     Hiper-lordosis lumbar o/y escoliosis.

·     Pectum Excavatum o/y costillas prominentes.

·     Hombros cuadrados.

·     Mas las características del SHA.

 

·   Tall, slender ungainly person.

·   Arachnodactily and big feet.

·   Lumbar, hyper lordosis, and/or scoliosis.

·   Pectum Excavatum and/or prominent 12th rib.

·   Square shoulders.

·   Plus the characteristics of JHS.

Marfan Syndrome

 

 

Enfermos con cualquiera de estas dos condiciones, pueden tener hábito marfanoide, siendo el síndrome de Marfan el más grave.  Los enfermos con SHA tienen además las características ya descritas.
